- Safeguarding devices that signal the apparatus to stop, or barrier guards that use interlocking safeguarding devices.
- A rack or stacking structure.
- A process that has a risk of ignition or explosion.
- A dust collector with an inherent risk of ignition or explosion.
- An aluminum or steel factory or a foundry or other molten material handling.
- A lifting device, traveling crane, or automobile hoist.
- Worker exposure to a designated substance in excess of legislated occupational limits.
- Responses to Ministry of Labour (MOL) orders such as “54(1)K,” and “54(1)L,” orders, which require a Certificate of “Not Likely to Endanger” before the machine can operate again.
- Creation on compliance plans against MOL orders.
- Training in all aspects of safety and legal issues in relation to industrial establishments and construction projects.
- Creation and implementation of complete Safety Systems or custom safe operating procedures.
- Risk assessments and accident/Incident Investigations including coaching of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).
